Account deletion

Archive 18 lets users start permanent account deletion directly in the app.
From the app
Open Settings > Account > Permanently delete my account, read the consequences, then confirm using the requested security method.
If app access is unavailable
Email app@axiocoach.fr from the address linked to the account with subject “Archive 18 account deletion”. Limited identity verification may be required. Never send your PIN or a private photo.
Data deleted
Authentication, account data, profiles, encounters, notes, cloud photos and associated content are erased or anonymised. Device-only data must be removed in the app or by uninstalling after checking device backups.
Timing and exceptions
Active systems are cleared within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer where legally required for accounting, security or evidence. Residual backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Apple subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. To stop renewal: iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Archive 18 > Cancel.
Irreversibility
Once completed, deletion is permanent and content cannot be restored. Export anything you want to keep first.
