Terms of Use and Sale
Last updated : 23 July 2026
These terms govern the use of Archive 18, a private app restricted to adults. By using the app, the user accepts these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.
1. Publisher and contact
Archive 18 is published by Benoît Rouyer, an individual in the process of setting up a business.
Contact: app@axiocoach.fr Website: https://axiocoach.fr
2. Purpose and access
Archive 18 lets adult users privately organise profiles, encounters, notes and photos. Guest mode may be used without an account. Backup and synchronisation features may require an account.
3. User content and third parties
Users are solely responsible for the information and photos they add and must hold all necessary rights and permissions, including consent from identifiable people.
Illegal, non-consensual, defamatory, secretly obtained or privacy-infringing content, and any content involving a minor, is prohibited. Archive 18 must never be used to harass, monitor, publicly rate or harm anyone.
4. Privacy and security
Users must protect their device, PIN and credentials. Face ID is processed locally by iOS; Archive 18 never receives biometric data. No system is absolutely secure, and users should delete content they no longer wish to retain.
5. Subscriptions
Available plans, duration, price, any trial and features are shown before purchase using App Store information. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are charged to the Apple account. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Apple account settings. Deleting an Archive 18 account does not cancel a subscription.
6. Restore, withdrawal and refunds
Eligible purchases can be restored in the app. Refund requests and applicable withdrawal rights are handled under App Store rules and local law. Archive 18 does not collect payment-card details.
7. Availability and liability
The service may change, be interrupted for maintenance or depend on third parties. Archive 18 is a personal organisation tool and does not verify user-entered content. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for illegal use, device-related loss or voluntary sharing by the user.
8. Intellectual property
The app, trademark, interface and technical elements are protected. Personal content remains the user’s responsibility and, where applicable, property. The user grants only the limited technical permission needed to store, back up and display content through chosen features.
9. Account and termination
Users can delete their account from the app. The publisher may suspend accounts for illegal use, risk to others, fraud or serious breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law without removing mandatory consumer rights in the user’s country. Users should first seek an amicable solution via app@axiocoach.fr. Apple’s Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
